[Dictionarysearch] add dict.cc to the dictonaries list

i personally like dict.cc very much .. an English<>German dictonary that 
is really huge in repect to other sources i consult and has the ablity 
to request/extend the word list based on multiple dicts

.. the search string would be http://www.dict.cc/?s=$
