[Dictionarysearch] Japanese Locale and some modification

Hi,
I made Japanese Locale for dictionary search1.5 and add
some modification to resolve character encoding problem.

My modification is
1.Add a dialogue choice for encoding character
set(UTF-8,Shift-JIS,ECU-JP).
2.Convert URL by selected character set.

 
Can I distribute it ?
