[Dictionarysearch] Deer Park Support

FYI to all - DictionarySearch 0.9.2 works without a hitch in Deer
Park.  All you have to do is change maxVersion from "1.0" to "1.2" in
the install.rdf file.  None of the functionality has been altered in
Deer Park from what I can tell, though I haven't been using it long. 
I also increased the version to 0.9.2.1 in install.rdf, but that
probably wasn't necessary...

I can post the edited version on the web or attach here if people are
interested.  Just let me know...
