[Deskcut] Bug with too long names

When the title of the web page is too long the shortcut is not created.

Example:
The title of "http://www.generation-nt.com/" is "Trucs et astuces pour 
optimiser Windows, Analyse des processus Windows XP 2000 2003 NT 95 98, 
actualité informatique, jeux vidéo PC consoles, dossier, tutorial, 
previews, internet, multimédia, optimisation PC, télécharger logiciels, 
comparateur de prix".

I think it should cut the name.
Example: If we create the shortcut normally the name becomes: "Trucs et 
astuces pour optimiser Windows, Analyse des processus Windows XP 2000 
2003 NT 95 98, actualité informatique, jeux v"
