[Deskcut] deskCuts open w/ IE

I've had this happen before, but not in a while. It's a Windows glitch. 
It has nothing to do with Firefox.

There are several ways to fix it.  The quickest way is to use 
Microsoft's TweakUI program.  If you don't have it, you can download it 
from their PowerToys page  @ 
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Once in TweakUI go to the "Repair" option (very last item in the 
menu).   Once there go to the drop down menu and select Rebuild Icons" 
and then click the "Repair Now" button next to it.  This will delete 
your current icon cache and rebuild it from scratch.  This should 
correct your problem right there.  If it does not, try restarting Windows.

If that doesn't help, try setting Internet Explorer as your default 
browser, then start Firefox and have it ask to be the default (or set it 
to default if you don't have it set to check automatically).

If none of this works, I'm out of ideas. :-)
