[Deskcut] RE: deskCuts open w/ IE

My work PC currently opens them with Firefox (1.0.7FF, Deskcut 0.5.0.1)...   Internet shortcut (.URL) opens with "Shell Doc Object and Control" see attached url.png...  details under the open dialog are: 
rundll32.exe shdocvw.dll,OpenURL %l
