[Deskcut] deskCut deletes already existing shortcuts with same name without warning

Hi

I am using deskCut 0.4.1.3 with Firefox 1.02 German locale.

deskCut deletes already existing shortcuts with same name without any 
warning !

When creating a shortcut on a location where a shortcut with the same name 
already exists then the already existing shortcut is overwritten without any 
warning.

Please correct this bug.

I lost an import shortcut.
