[Czplugins] chatzilla plugin to replace the tab bar with a tree view

Hello,

With a lot of help from people on irc://moznet/, I have written a plugin to 
display and manage views (network and channels) in a treeview, replacing the 
tab bar. This has a lot of advantage when you have many "tabs" open with a 
not-so-wide screen. Like with tabs you can click on the tree cells to select 
current view, right click on them to close them, etc, and the labels are 
colored according to channel/network activity.

Three ways to get the plugin:

1. Clone git://github.com/hagabaka/chatzilla-plugins.git

2. Extract the channel-tree directory from
http://github.com/hagabaka/chatzilla-plugins/tarball/master

3. Store these two files in a directory 
http://github.com/hagabaka/chatzilla-plugins/tree/master/channel-tree/init.js?raw=true
http://github.com/hagabaka/chatzilla-plugins/tree/master/channel-tree/style.css?raw=true
