[Cuneaform] cuneAform officially closed as of this weekend

Hey cuneAform community!

  We've all known for quite some time that cuneAform is dead.  It's an
unfortunate fact of life that most Mozilla extension will fail after their
first major release, and I'm afraid cAf has entered that category.
  The FCKeditor community has requested the ability to use the cuneAform
name for their editor, and I'll be granting there request, as well as
forward the old cune site to theirs.

  Also, the source is still LGPL, GPL, MPL tri-license, so if you want to
use the cuneAform code, feel free to do so.
