[Cuneaform] french translation of cuneAform

Hi,

We have translated cuneAform in french... It was not without a lot of 
difficulties, as you can think of course !!! We have to modify the HTML 
files of the popups folder, using en.js in lang folder to write french 
(because of a problem of encoding character), creating a fr.js file in 
table, and writing the rest in htmlarea.js... all the *.js files have 
been encoded in iso-8859-15.

Because of bug n° 258878 in Bugzilla, we have to create a updateURL, 
pointing to ICI & LA.
