When I start this, I'm getting a lot of blank buttons. I can only tell 
what they do by hovering the cursor over the button, so that the TITLE 
text "Bold", "Italic" etc displays.

I'm guessing that these buttons ought to have images, and that elsewhere 
in Firefox I've probably configured a setting that prevents those images 
from being downloaded. Quite probably, these images are on a site which I 
need to "allow" in my "view images" setting, but properties doesn't tell 
me what that site might be.

Have you come across this happening before, and any idea how I can 
"unconfigure" that option to enable those images to display?
