[Copyurlplus] Enabling Copy URL+ in Fx 1.0+ (DPa2)

I have been using Deer Park Alpha2 for quite a while now and one
extension that I really miss is Copy URL+.  Unfortunately it is
disabled.

How can I get make it run in DPa2?

P.S. I have tried changing <em:maxVersion>1.0.3</em:maxVersion> in the
install.rdf file to <em:maxVersion>1.0+</em:maxVersion> but it didn't
help.
