Hi Matt,
  Could you contact me directly (SteveTine at yahoo.com) or post back some additional details.  What version of CookieSwap are you using?  It appears you are using Firefox 2.0.0.1, right?  Also, did you install CookieSwap first or Google Notebook first?
  I just installed Google Notebook 1.0.0.14 while running CookieSwap 0.4.8.1 (the beta version on the Installation page).  I have both extensions running and I can see them both in the status bar.
