Thanks for the comments! Unfortunately, there is no trivial way to accomplish what you are asking. Without going into the gory details...when you are browsing, CookieSwap is not doing anything and Firefox handles cookies as normal. When you swap profiles, I just change out all the cookies that FF has stored. So, there is really nothing I can do to allow for a different set of cookies to be stored per tab or window. I know it would be great, but it's far from trivial. Some day (when I get some free time...ha) I'll look into seeing if there is a way to change the way Firefox handles cookies, so that we can have different sets of cookies per tab/window.
