Hi Kobaz,
  I'm a subversion guy, so I store the source on my own SVN server instead of Mozdev.  If you want to see the source, just save the cookieswap-0.5.0-fx.xpi file to disk and rename it to cookieswap-0.5.0-fx.zip.  You can then easily unzip the extension and see all the source files.  The UI code is in chrome/chromeFiles/content and the XPCOM component backend that does the real work is in the components directory.
