I just read the help page, and I have a much easier bug-fix for you.  The problem was I wasn't adding cookies_ to the beginning of the file.  The files that were in the folder weren't named that, just profile2.txt etc.  The instruction to name them cookies_x.txt isn't in the pop up dialogue either.  Something to do with the new version?
