[CookieSwap] Remove all cookies in all profile at once?

Thanks for offering to test!  I'm hoping to have your suggestion into a
release by the end of the week.  I have had the current beta our for a
number of weeks now and I'd like to officially release it.  I'm not happy
with the layout of the code, but the functionality is much better (being
XPCOM based now) so I should really release it and clean it up later.

P.S. CookieSwap is released under MPL.  Any reason you ask?
