[CookieSwap] Cookieswap: feedback from Fred

Del.icio.us recently changed their plugin to synchronize to a delicious.rdf file in a local directory. When I swap cookies, it starts this sync again from scratch for the new user. Is there a way to hook cookieswap to an external trigger that renames this file; probably not, and it's not cookieswap's fault, but it makes it unusable now for toggling between different sets of delicious accounts :-(
