Cookie swap is a brilliant idea...and very nicely implemented.  The tab idea and the passing profile from command line would be a welcome additions.  

Additionally i wanted to suggest another idea.  It would be really simple (i think) and nice if when we switch a profile the page automatically reloads for the profile.

senario:  i open up (eg. amazon) and realize it is not my account...so i switch to my profile...and now it would be nice if the page just reloaded to my profile automatically.
