[Cookieculler] Add a keyboard shortcut

Thanks for the great product, I use it every day.

Since cookie culler is not compatible with Firefox's 'clear private data'
function, I don't have 'clear private data' delete any cookies, so what I
have to do often is clear the private data, then open up cookie culler,
delete cookies, and hit ok.  To streamline this process, it would be really
neat if cookie culler had two keyboard shortcuts: one for opening cookie
culler, and one for deleting all unprotected cookies within cookie culler.
It would still be a separate process from 'clear private data', but if it
had a keyboard shortcut to pop up a confirmation dialog, and then you hit
enter to delete the cookies, it would be a lot faster.

Thank you for considering this suggestion for a future release of cookie
culler.
