[Cookieculler] Some suggestions

I've been using cookie culler for a while now and its nice not to be
tracked everywhere I want to go ;)  I have some suggestions for
improvements based on my usage:

First, in the site list, they should be alphabetically arranged by
domain.  Right now they're just alphabetical and so google.com is
under "g" while www.google.com is under "w" making it difficult to
make sure you get all the cookies for a single domain.  Such a change
would look like this hypothetical example:

Before          After

a.com           a.com
b.com           www.a.com
c.com           b.com
test.b.com      test.b.com
www.a.com       c.com
z.com           z.com

Second, I would like the ability to whitelist entire domains (e.g.
"a.com" would whitelist a.com and all subdomains, e.g. www.a.com too).

Third, it would be nice if the cookie culler toolbar button would
change depending on the status of the cookies for the particular
domain:

- a full cookie (all cookies used by this domain protected)
- a cookie with a bite out of it (not all cookies used by this domain
protected)
- cookie crumbs (no cookies on this domain protected)

I hope these suggestions make sense to others too :)
