[Cookieculler] feature request: better integration of cookieculler

How about, building on this concept, just adding a shortcut button for 'cookie 
exceptions'?

Thus you could do everything cookie-related from CookieCuller.

At least for me it would save 5 clicks which I have to perform way too often 
(Tools- Options- Privacy - Cookies- Exceptions).
(Well, would still remain 2 clicks but much more convenient: Cookie icon- 
Exceptions)
