[Cookieculler] Enhancement idea about blocking cookies

Hi,

after installing the CookieCuller extensions, I am a happy user and use it
exclusively instead of the original cookie manager. But I have a little
enhancement idea about a feature which was once present in an old Galeon
version.

Additionally to the two rows of buttons "Protect Cookie", ..., "Remove All 
Cookies", I would suggest adding a third line with the two buttons "Remove 
and Block Cookie" and "Remove and Block All Cookies". They would remove 
the selected (or all) cookies and disallow a site to add cookies again. 
The check box "Don't allow..." below would not be needed anymore.

I am suggesting this because I usually want to remove some cookies but 
want to block only a few of them. Now, I have to open and close the cookie 
dialog twice. With this enhancement, opening it once would be enough.
