[Cookieculler] cookieculler ideas

Hi,

Two automatic ways for cookie cullage I'd like to see are:

1. Cull a cookie after X seconds
2. Cull a cookie once the page has finished loading (ie after all
redirects have been exhausted for all elements of the page)
