Excuse the language but holy crap you're right.  I didn't think to check it because I didn't believe the Mozilla admins would change anything in my file.  So I downloaded the file and, yup, they changed the version string so that it was only compatible up to 1.0PR.  Those bastards.  I don't mind them changing it because they probably did it at the time when only 1.0PR was released.  But to do it and not have the courtesy to email me is lame in my opinion.

Everyone reading this who is getting the "this extension is only compatible up to 1.0PR" should do the install with the unaltered CC 1.1.0 xpi off of this site http://cookieculler.mozdev.org/installation.html.

Like I said in a previous message, I have entered a bugzilla request to have it updated on update.mozilla.org.  So hopefully this will all be resolved soon.
