[Cookieculler] Cookie Culler with Firefox final release

I have been using cookie culler for a while and its great. It worked up 
until Firefox 1.0 release candidate and now it no longer works with the 
final release.

When I installed the final release the extension was automatically 
disabled as incompatible. I can edit extensions.rdf to set 
em:disabled="false" but that doesn't put the icon on the tool bar. The 
icon isn't available for dragging to the toolbar any more from the 
customize toolbars window.

Arrrgh....
