[Cookieculler] request: option to no display end of session cookies

I really nice option to add to the CookieCuller extension would be to
not display cookies that expire at the end of the (browser) session.

>From time to time I click on the cookie icon in the navigation toolbar
(or do Tools->CookieCuller) and sort on protected to see what unprotected
cookies I have.  My list is frequently filled with unprotected cookies
that will expire at the end of the browser session.

There is no point to cull a "end of session" expiring cookie at startup
because those cookies have already expired and are removed by the browser.

If the CookieCuller extension had a:

        [x] do not display cookies that expire at the end of session

extension option, I'd set it.  This would make the visual check of
unprotected cookies that need protection or that need to be removed
much quicker for me to scan down.

Please consider this feature in your next version of CookieCuller.
