This just keeps getting stranger.  I just installed the 0.6.0.20051014
on a computer with FF 1.0.7, but with no other Gecko based software
(just to be sure), and I can see the toolbar with no problems.  

I was able to add and remove buttons, login and logout, and it followed
me correctly.  I'll keep trying.
