Thanks.  I installed those extensions, and disabled the extension you do 
not have, and I can still see the toolbar, even after removing and 
reinstalling it.  

It could still be related to some AdBlock settings, but the fact that it 
works with previous versions argues against it.  Can you try disabling 
it for a test?

Can I assume that you have not made any changes to the 'yahootoolbar.*' 
preferences in <about:config>?

I will continue to think about it, and try it on some other computers.
