[Companion] Yahoo! changed the feed format today

Yes, the format for these entries changed so that our parser treats them 
as separate toolbar items, rather than menu items (they are now 
bracketed by ^T...^U, rather than ^V...^W)  I believe they did this to 
add icons to the menu items in IE.  

I intend to change the parser to deal with these malformed menus.

A different workaround is to omit the ",cbm" and change the server to UK 
(yahootoolbar.updateServer=http://uk.update.companion.yahoo.com).  That 
should work until they update the UK servers.
