[Companion] Using toolbar with Proxomitron?

Is anyone else using the Companion with Proxomitron?  I couldn't get
the toolbar to function when using Proxomitron; I would get a blank
bar.  I have to bypass the proxy entirely.  I have not had to do this
with IE.

If anyone could pass on the rules they use to use both the Companion
and Proxomitron, I would appreciate it.
