[Companion] Toolbar with translations

Here is a version with English and Spanish translations for the alert 
boxes (Add Bookmark, About, Uninstall) and inserted menu items.
The appropriate translation should be selected, based on the browser's 
language/locale setting.

More to follow, as I receive them.  If I get time and motivation, I may 
generate a few using one of the translate tools, but I prefer to get a 
translation from someone who actually speaks the language.
