[Companion] Translations wanted

I am adding the code to support international locales, and I am looking 
for translations of the various strings in the toolbar.

If you want to contribute, take the attached file, translate the strings 
into your chose language, and send it back, along with the appropriate 
locale identifier (fr-fr,  zh-cn, zh-tw, etc.).

There is another issue.  Should we include all translated versions in 
the default install, or create one or more additional install files to 
add international  support?
