[Companion] Refresh problem

If you change the toolbar, are the changes reflected when you restart
the browser? If not, then you have a problem with the Yahoo! feed. If
so, then the problem is with the refresh. Maybe we can narrow it down.
Some other things to check:
1. You may have on old version hiding on your system (especially if
you are running Firefox and had previously installed an old
version.)
1. The correct location for 'yahootoolbar.jar' is under your
[profile]/Extensions directory in Firefox, or the
application Chrome directory in Mozilla or Netscape. I have
seen the refresh problem in Firefox when the jar file is in
both places.
2. If you are running Firefox, and there is a copy of
yahootoolbar in the Firefox Chrome directory:
1. Delete yahootoobar.jar, chrome.rdf and the overlayinfo
directory from the Chrome directory
2. Edit the installed-chrome.txt file and remove all
references to yahootoolbar.
3. Restart Firefox
2. <>You should also check the Javascript console for errors.
3. Using some proxies can be a problem (Proxomitron has been
reported: bug #7481).
4. If none of that helps, you can try disabling other extensions one
at a time to see if one of them is causing the problem.
