[Companion] Enhancement idea - allow right click on bookmark to open in new tab

No preference here.  However, it would be nice if it obeyed the settings 
when using the Tabbrowser Preferences extension ( 
http://www.pryan.org/mozilla/site/TheOneKEA/tabprefs/ ) without having to 
do any right- or middle-clicking.

p.s. I find the term "right-click" distressing because my wife is 
left-handed (her mouse is properly set to be a mirror of a right-handed 
mouse).  I have to explain "right-click" to her a couple of times until she 
gets it! :-)
