[Companion] Enhancement idea - allow right click on bookmark
to open in new tab

I already have a version with right and middle click options in the
works, but I am waiting on server updates before I finish it and make it
available. My current code opens a new window on right click, and new
tab on middle click (see bug #8148
<http://mozdev.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=8148>). I had not thought about
adding a context menu.
Any preferences from the group?
