[Companion] Companion updates cause flickering?

I'm not sure if you guys have seen this yet, but if you go to
http://toolbar.yahoo.com from within Firefox, now they have a version of the
yahoo toolbar out directly from Yahoo...  just FYI incase you hadn't seen it
yet.

I obtained the latest Companion from CVS (0.5.5.20050103) and every
couple minuted my browser window flickers as the companion updates
itself. It seems to disappear completely, causing the browser contents
to shift upwards and then the companion appears again, causing the
browser contents to shift down again. This is very annoying. Anyone
else have the same problem?
