[Companion] Latest version?

Wow! Such a great flurry of activity :)

Much thanks to all for all the hard work.

Now, a question. I'm currently running FF .8 as that was the last one to 
work with the companion. I've d/l'ed the 1.0 PR.

WRT to the companion, what's the best procedure now to get the latest 
companion working?

I'm assuming the usual disable all extensions & themes, uninstall old FF, 
then install the new one should do the trick in general; just double 
checking on how to implement the toolbar.
