Once you have it installed, you can simply replace the yahootoolbar.jar 
file in the chrome directory with a new version and restart the browser.
If you are careful, you can extract the jar file to a subdirectory of 
chrome, and update the installed-chrome.txt file to use the directory.  
That way you can make changes and test them by restarting the browser.  
(Again 'mnenhy' makes this process easy.)
