[Companion] Yet another new version

The attached yahootoolbar.jar contains a few more fixes:

    * Language independent type recognition for the menu items (About,
      Refresh, Add Bookmarks, etc).
    * Implemented the Switch Toolbar function
    * Added URL for icons not included in the package (thanks to Miles
      Libbey)
