I'm running with icon + text and it happens to me as
well. Happens maybe once a day so I'm still not sure
what triggers it but will let the list know if I find
a way to reproduce it.
Firefox info: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1;
rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040913 Firefox/0.10
Toolbar info: 0.52.51640992.27473228
