[Companion] depth of popup window

First, I want to say that I've really liked the last couple of updates to the
toolbar. It has really made a big difference in usability for me.
My question right now involves popup windows. I like the enhancement that
removes the toolbar in the popup windows (that matches the way things work in
the IE version) but when the toolbar is removed, it usually ends up that there
is a blank space at the bottom of the window where there is no content. Is it
possible to shrink the depth of the popup window by the depth of the toolbar
when it is removed from the window?
