[Companion] tiny fixes

I did find some more pink buttons, but I don't think that should be a 
show stopper.

The User Button icons have not yet been converted, so they have pink 
backgrounds (verifying that the fallback code works <g>)
I see two easy fixes:

   1. Convert them (ub0.bmp-ub17.bmp)
   2. Map them to the GIF versions on the Yahoo! server.  (See
      <http://edit.companion.yahoo.com/config/slv5_ub>.  The radio
      buttons are displaying GIF images for the BMP icons.)
