Attached is the motherlode of all BMP conversions. I went thru the Edit
Toolbar list of buttons, activated groups of buttons, read the raw
toolbar feed, found the bitmaps and converted them to GIFs.

The attached ZIP file contains a readme.txt file that lists each
button, the bitmap used by Yahoo! for it and the GIF file that has been
created for it. I followed the Yahoo! naming conventions, changing only
the extension to .GIF.

This should be a fairly comprehensive list. I tested every button that
was available, so this should handle most every case until Yahoo
adds/changes them in the future. I have not made the changes needed in
the Javascript (I would, but I'm running out of time today), but that
should be pretty simple.
