[Companion] Companion disappeared from Firefox 1.0

I am using Yahoo! companion 0.5.4.20041020 with
Firefox 1.0. Today I logged out of my Yahoo account
and immediately the Companion bar disappeared. 

I logged in Yahoo but that did not help. Also I made
sure View->Toolbars->Yahoo Companion is selected. The
entire bar is empty and I don't see any icons.

How do I fix this problem?
