[Companion] Popup menu items

I added code to support 'popup' menu items in the Yahoo! toolbar.  This 
allows the 'disposable address' items to work when they are included in 
the feed (as they are in the Spanish language US feed and the French feed).

Because I cannot get the Disposable Address menu item to appear in the 
US English feed, I added code to recognize the 'Fight Spam' entry and 
follow it with 'My Disposable Addresses.'  Because it relies on 
accidental properties of the feed, it is likely to break when the feed 
changes.
