[Companion] Uninstall and version fixes

This version fixes the Uninstall function, so that the Uninstall menu 
item on the Toolbar Settings menu uses the Extension Manager in 
Firefox.  The other browsers are unchanged, except for a correction to 
the toolbar ID.

I also included a change that should fix some of the problems with the 
version number in the About display.
