The menus and buttons displayed are taken from a data feed from a Yahoo! 
server.   Yahoo! expects the toolbar to be running in IE, and we do not 
try to filter out those entries.

There is a fix for the 'Choose buttons' problem, but it is not on the 
server yet (bug #7905).  The quickest workaround is to remove it in IE, 
so Yahoo! stops sending it.  I do not know why refresh would not work.

You would need to take that up with Yahoo!
