There is a directory called 'yahootoolbar_saves' under your profile 
directory that does not have the correct permissions.  You can use 
'chmod +x' to correct it.   See the bug list for details.  (The current 
alpha fixes the problem for new installs, but you must manually correct 
any existing directory.)
