[Companion] Some changes in Yahoo! Toolbar 0.52

Until recently I used the IE as my default browser. Despite the many security
bugs I did not want to switch to another browser, because I don't wanted to
miss the bookmark menu in the Yahoo! Toolbar. Then I found a port of the
toolbar for Mozilla. Now I am using Mozilla instead of IE.
After installation I notice that some things were different to the original
toolbar, which I partly could repair until now. These changes are attached as
yahootoolbar.jar to this Mail.

The changes in detail:
- Icon for notepad added.
- toolbar buttons are now showing a tooltip.
- in Icon only mode ALL toolbar buttons display no title.
- Submenus are represented as menu and not as buttons.

The next feature I am working on is "Adding bookmarks to nested menus".
